Aamboli is free Hindi to English Translation Tool. AamBoli is also an online bi-lingual dictionary( Shabdkosh) that contains meanings for a large number of English and Hindi words. The meanings are present in the same language( English to English, Hindi to Hindi) and also translated in the other language viz. English to Hindi and Hindi to English. AamBoli also contains exhaustive examples of all important English words. We at AamBoli would like to help you strengthen your vocabulary. AamBoli is also a Thesaurus. It consists of similar and opposite words (synonyms and antonyms) for all important words. AamBoli is unique as a Thesaurus as it provides words that are similar, but are either wider or narrower in nature. AamBoli also informs what domain a particular word belongs to.

Acceptance of Terms

Aamboli gives you royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use Aamboli's website (www.aamboli.com). This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefits of the Services as provided by Aamboli, in the manner permitted by these terms. By using or accessing the website of Aamboli, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. This is an agreement between you and Aamboli that describes your rights to use Aamboli’s website as specified in the Agreement and as modified by Aamboli from time to time. In case you choose not to agree with this Agreement, you may not use the Services of Aamboli.

Description of Services

Aamboli provides its users an automated portal for access into various web-based content, online fora, resources, communication tools, personalised services through its network (the "Services"). You also understand and agree that the Services may include certain communications from Aamboli, including, on your social media platforms and that these communications are considered as part of the Services of Aamboli and you cannot opt out of it. You agree that any change or update in Aamboli’s current Services shall be subject to terms of this Agreement. In all cases, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of other parties are found through the Services, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party, even where it is in relation to any products or services that are co-branded with Aamboli. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings with any third parties.

Indemnification

You release Aamboli from, and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aamboli (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, and Affiliates) against, any claim, loss, damage, settlement, cost, taxes, expense or other liability (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) (each, a "Claim") arising from or related to: (a) your actual or alleged breach of any obligations in this Agreement; (b) Claims made by any third party due to your use of the Services of Aamboli or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit or make available through the Service, any actual or alleged infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights, and any personal injury, death or property damage related thereto. In any adversely affecting claim, Aamboli may take exclusive control of the defence. You may not consent to the entry of any judgment or enter into any settlement of a Claim without our prior written consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld.

Aamboli and its affiliates waive and disclaim:

1. a. Any representations, warranties, declarations or guarantees regarding this agreement, the services or the transactions contemplated with any third-party, including any implied warranties, declarations or guarantees, for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
2. b. Implied warranties arising out of course of dealing, course of performance or usage of trade; and
3. c. Any obligation, liability, right, claim or remedy in tort, whether or not arising from our negligence or content including third-party content. Limitation of Liability

Notices to you may be made via display of notices or links to notices generally on Aamboli’s website and the same will constitute sufficient and adequate notice to you of the matters contained therein.

Trademark Information

You agree that without Aamboli's prior permission, you shall not to display or use in any manner Aamboli’s trademark, logos and brand features.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts at Delhi regarding any dispute with Aamboli relating in any way to this Agreement or your use of the Services. This Agreement will be binding on, inure to, and be enforceable against you and your respective successors and assigns. Aamboli may perform any of the obligations or exercise any of our rights under this Agreement through one or more of our Affiliates. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement subsequently.
